Book Blind Date

Join us for a fun and eco-friendly Green Team event where you can swap books you no longer want or have already read for new treasures. The twist? You won’t know exactly what book you’re picking until you unwrap it! Each book will be pre-wrapped with a short teaser written on the outside, giving you just a hint of what’s inside. Simply bring your book (or books) with a short description attached and head to the ERC Seminar Room on the event day. Swap your books, choose new ones, and discover what others have selected! Books can be pre-owned or new, and we encourage using materials you already have at home, like paper bags or old grocery bags, to wrap them. If you don’t have wrapping materials, no worries—we’ll have supplies available in the Room for All during the week so you can wrap your books ahead of time. This is a great opportunity to refresh your reading list while supporting sustainability and reducing waste!
