All Hands Meeting

Join us for a mandatory all-hands meeting to review campus safety procedures and celebrate staff achievements. Topics will include current events, our severe weather action plan, what to do in severe weather, emergency communications, and overall campus safety. We will also recognize staff members receiving service awards.

If you are unable to attend in person, a virtual option will be provided. A recording will also be available following the meeting.

Required Action:
All staff and students must submit an acknowledgment form after the meeting confirming they have reviewed the severe weather action plan (which will be distributed one week in advance). Forms will be sent via DocuSign; paper copies will be available at the meeting.

Students:
May Term and Semester by the Sea students who are working or staying at UTMSI this summer should plan to attend. Others may disregard this notice.
